Spacecat Brewing Company – Norwalk, CT
Opening: Spring 2021

Spacecat Brewing Company will be welcoming guests this spring in Historic South Norwalk. The name is meant to show people that they are free to let loose and be a little weird if they want to be. Guests of the brewery should enjoy the beer how it is intended: stress free and with those you love. The brewery is being built in the Historic J & J Cash Ltd. Textile Mill. They’ve kept all of the original steel truss work hanging from the ceiling, sandblasted and exposed all the original brick, repaired the giant factory windows with traditional hand-blown glass, and restored the 100 year old maple floor in the entryway and taproom. Spacecat will be offering a wide variety of beer styles from Traditional Belgian Ales, Light Lagers, Mixed Fermentation, Dessert and Winter Stouts, Seasonal Ales, their take on the hazy-juicy IPA craze, and a constantly rotating series of super-small-batch experimental brews.
