Lovingly retrofitted into a late 19th-century industrial building, the New Park Brewing Company main taproom features the building’s original concrete floor buffed to a sparkle, a 23-foot L-shaped bar made from a single piece of rare American Chestnut reclaimed from an old barn, and artwork provided by local vintage shops. A second taproom/private event room was added in November 2020. A greenery filled 400-square-foot patio rounds out the seating where food trucks and live music regularly complements its great beer lineup, which emphasizes on juicy IPAs and DIPAS and its Blender series of tart and fruit-filled Berliner Weisses. New Park offers home delivery service around the state (minimum order and delivery fee apply) as well as an onsite pickup window.
The Story
The owners of New Park Brewery Company are locals with children in town schools and an obvious affinity for the area. Opened in March 2017, making it that suburb’s first craft brewery, New Park quickly gained legions of fans from around the state – even earning it a nomination for USA Today’s top 10 best new craft breweries in 2018.
