Little House Brewing Company
Little House Brewing Company, Main Street, Chester, CT, USAThe Vibes
Little House Brewing Co. in Chester is absolutely charming. Just don't call them cute! Set in a quintessential, small New England town, Little House blends in perfectly with the area. Their building, which is actually a house, hence the name, was built in the 1800s and invokes a welcome feeling and reminds us of a simpler way of life. Like many houses built during that era, there’s a small porch where you can enjoy a brew or a few. Do check out their well laid out patios which look and feel like a your sitting in a friend’s backyard. The tap room itself is very tiny, but they have made good use out of the space and includes four-top tables, as well as comfortable chairs and couches to lounge in.The Story
The owners and founders of Little House, Carlisle Schaeffer and Sam Wagner met at Vassar College. Carlisle actually grew up just half a mile from where the brewery is. Their strong work ethic and passion for making some of CT’s best craft beer is evident as soon as you walk in their tap room. Together they have a created a very special place for craft beer lovers. And when you go, be on the look out for "Kirby Steals" (and your valuables), the official brew pug for Little House Brewing Company.
