Labyrinth is in Manchester, CT. The building when you drive up, looks like just a regular building, nothing special. But once you walk in, it looks a bit industrial, as well as comfy/homy. You see a sign with all of the rules, due to Covid. When you fully enter the brewery you just almost feel like home. The lights a dimed a bit, with an almost romantic vibe to it. You see the comfy couches in the corner, with tables set up and plexiglass between each table. They have merchandise set up to the right, with hats, shirts, sweatshirts, and different size of glasses. The vibe to me it felt like it was somewhere that I can just relax with a good beer and some good conversations. They have another spot in the back corner that has a fireplace and a bunch of games that you can play. The beers are all good as well. They have all different kinds. The flight they offer you can get anywhere from 4 – 6. The flight itself is a circle. They have food trucks that come when they are open.
Labyrinth Brewing Company started off in a garage one day with three good friends, Chris, Sean and Adam. They love the craft beer world so much that they decided to open a brewery. They opened in 2018 with not only craft beer but wine as well as ciders. They have some known beers such as Turbo Love which is a NEIPA and an oatmeal Stout called Erebus. They have some good choices to choose from. I recommend a flight to try 4-6 at a time. Their story is simple yet awarding. Finding love for something and working towards making it a reality. The brewery is open Wednesday 2pm-7pm curbside only, Thursday 4-9pm, Friday 4-930pm, Saturday 2-930pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm. Food trucks are always on site for your food needs.
