Firefly Hollow Brewing Co. has a very comfortable and inviting tasting room. It’s warm and roomy with leather couches and coffee tables as well as a beautiful wrap around bar. They offer several beers from their list all guaranteed to be delightful. They have games you can play and although they do not have a kitchen they do have a collection of menus from various restaurants in the area that deliver to the brewery. The have a patio set up on a cement loading dock for those wishing to sit outside.
The Story
Firefly Hollow Brewing Co. is set down a alleyway in the back of an old factory building along the railroad tracks. Their mission is “to express a collective pursuit of happiness through their shared passion for beer”. Their slogan is “Get lit”. It’s definitely a hidden gem of Bristol Connecticut and a one of a kind brewery experience.
